Part of teaching your dog to be well behaved is having him/her be friendly with other dogs.
The club environment is perfect for this dog socialising “exercise”..
It is extremely rare for dogs to be quarrelsome once they become used to working
or playing together.
It also gives owners the opportunity to socialise with other handlers who may
have similar problems to their own.
Socialising also assists dogs of a timid or nervous disposition to overcome
their fears.
